Work Schedule: 12 Hour Rotating Shift (Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays)
Pay Range: Starting pay $26.00 with opportunity for advancement
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate chemical production units and supporting equipment to manufacture resins and catalysts.
- Maintain reliable plant operations by properly operating all plant equipment and completing Preventative Maintenance work orders and safety equipment inspections.
- Maintain accurate production unit logs, production batch work orders, time sheets, and inventory records.
- Assist with the preparation of shipments and receiving chemicals or supplies.
- Perform routine laboratory tests on process samples as needed.
- Assist in the review, creation, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in daily Shift Team meetings to review any EHS items, Quality, maintenance activities, and the production schedule.
- May be assigned additional duties to support overall site needs and business growth plans.
- May require a valid Driver’s License
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Stable work history with good references from past employers
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
