Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hybrid in-office / remote schedule)

As we continue to grow, PSC is currently scouting a larger workspace for our team. Currently, this gives our recruiters the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule as we work on relocating to a new office space. This will mean you will work from home on certain days and come to the office for interviews, in person meetings, and as needed.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establishes talent acquisition needs by collaborating with hiring managers
• Utilizes creative writing skills by placing innovative job advertisements to attract candidates
• Matches candidates to their careers with PSC by reviewing applications and interviewing candidates
• Tracks the entire recruitment lifecycle through an Applicant Tracking System
• Utilizes presentation skills to conduct new employee orientation
• Reviews turnover trends and crafts retention plans for specific recruiting areas
• Investigates unique ways to build and attract applicant sources
• Participates in organizational and human resources educational training

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Experience in a role that involved sourcing applications and screening candidates is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition role is a plus but not required
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of leadership, as well as external candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be a collaborative team player
• Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Recognizes strong principles of customer service, professionalism and confidentiality to all external clients, potential employees, as well as our internal co-workers and support staff

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Stable work history with good references from past employers
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Speak fluent English
• PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
