Petroleum Service Corporation is now hiring for a Team Lead! The Warehouse / Packaging Team Leader is responsible for leading, providing guidance, training, and overseeing shift-work employees at a leading petrochemical plant that manufactures high-tech polymers in Hebron, OH. The ideal candidate will have industry related experience along with experience leading, supervising, and / or managing a team. Work Schedule: 12 hour night shift (Bi-weekly rotation)

Specific Responsibilities:

• Oversees shift operations in the packaging and warehouse areas
• Provides coaching and oversight to develop a strong team
• Drives training initiatives and ensure training objectives are met and exceeded
• Participates and drives our safety observation program
• Heavily focuses on field interaction with employees and building relationships
• Mitigate and escalate hazards in the field with timely and effective escalation.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in a Leadership, Supervisor, and / or Management role
• Industrial, Warehouse or Packaging Operation experience preferred, but not required
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Stable work history with good references from past employers
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Speak fluent English
• PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures a plus
