PSC Group, a growing industrial services company with more than5,000 employees, is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated professional with diverse marketing and communications experience to join our Corporate Communications team. This position serves a key role in promoting PSC to both internal and external audiences through the development and execution of communications plans, high-quality marketing/communications materials, and social media content that enhances PSC’s image and position in the marketplace, supports the company’s mission, and promotes the company’s culture and Core Values.
 

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (This is an on-site position located at our Pasadena, TX Office)

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sr. Communications Manager and company leaders to develop and execute marketing communications plans to support key business strategies.
• Develop content for social media, company websites, employee newsletters, magazine articles, advertisements, press releases, presentations, videos, and other digital and print materials.
• Monitor and manage PSC’s communications via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Assist with special projects as needed, including video production, photo shoots, and events for employees and customers.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, PR, or a related field
• Creative writer with excellent grammar and proofreading skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time and projects effectively and meet deadlines
• Analytic and strategic thinker who works well both independently and with others
• Shows initiative in developing new ideas and solutions to address ongoing communications needs
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications, proficiency with InDesign
• Experience with WordPress, Divi, and/or HubSpot website content management a plus
