We are offering you a rewarding career opportunity as a Rail and Tank Truck Loading Operations Supervisor to join our team for the start-up of a brand-new, world-class petrochemical plant in Monaca, PA. We’re looking for an experienced, safety-focused servant leader to mentor, coach, and inspire our employees who will be working in one of the largest rail and loading operations in the region.

Our ideal candidate has:
  • Experience in a leadership role involving chemical plant rail or truck loading operations, safety, and training
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to build trust
  • Attentive and active listening skills
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will actively engage with our customer's site leader(s) and full-time field employees to ensure that all chemical logistics operations under your leadership achieve excellent performance in the areas of safety, environmental and overall job quality.
  • Clearly communicates goals around chemical plant rail loading, truck loading and yard mule driving operating performance
  • Participates in safety meetings and overall training initiatives
  • Performs safety observations in the field and identifies trends or areas of improvement
  • Ensures that all incidents are investigated and participates directly in significant incidents
  • Works closely with the field employees and customer to identify improvement areas, efficiencies and help implement them
  • Ensures positive recognition is occurring for good performance
  • Identifies future leaders and creates individual development plans
  • Performs annual performance evaluations with field employees
Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Stable work history with good references from past employers
  • Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
  • Speak fluent English
  • PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
